প্রতি বছর, ইনস্টিটিউট অফ ব্যাঙ্কিং পার্সোনেল সিলেকশন (IBPS) সমস্ত অংশগ্রহণকারী আঞ্চলিক গ্রামীণ ব্যাঙ্কগুলির (RRBs) জন্য অফিসার (স্কেল I, স্কেল II, এবং স্কেল III) এবং অফিস সহকারী পদের জন্য আবেদন করতে ইচ্ছুক ব্যাঙ্কিং প্রার্থীদের আমন্ত্রণ জানায়। সারা দেশে ছড়িয়ে থাকা আঞ্চলিক গ্রামীণ ব্যাঙ্কগুলিতে (RRBs) সহকারী এবং অফিসার ক্যাডার উভয় পদে নির্বাচনের জন্য, IBPS প্রতি বছর IBPS RRB পরীক্ষার আয়োজন করে।

নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া – প্রথমে Preliminary Exam তারপর মেইন পরীক্ষা এবং

Preliminary Exam – আগস্ট
Online Examination – Main / Single Officers – সেপ্টেম্বর
(II & III) & Officer Scale I Mains Exam
Office Assistant Mains Exam – সেপ্টেম্বর
আবেদন মূল্য – For SC/ST/PWBD candidates: Rs.175/-
For all others: Rs. 850/

For Officer Scale- III (Senior Manager)- Above 21 years – Below 40 years i.e.candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1983 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)
For Officer Scale- II (Manager)- Above 21 years – Below 32 years i.e. candidate should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1991 and later than 31.05.2002 (both dates inclusive)
For Officer Scale- I (Assistant Manager)- Above 18 years – Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1993 and later than 31.05.2005 (both dates inclusive)
For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – Between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 02.06.1995 and later than 01.06.2005 (both dates inclusive
